NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, the Executive Committee C&D & Commercial Recycling Subcommittee Meeting of the Governing Board (the “Committee”) of the Solid Waste Disposal and Recyclable Materials Processing Authority of Broward County, Florida (the “SWA”), will conduct a meeting starting at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, on December 16, 2025, at Broward County Government Center West (1 North University Drive, 1st Floor Board Room – Surtax Plaza, Plantation, FL 33324). One or more members of the Governing Board and Executive Committee may be in attendance, as well as other elected officials. The purpose of this Executive Committee C&D & Commercial Recycling Subcommittee Meeting is to discuss Construction & Demolition Debris Management Options in connection with the Master Plan. The Master Plan includes an innovative, environmentally sustainable, and economically efficient regional solid waste management system. At such meeting, persons will be given an opportunity to provide public comment. Meeting minutes and meeting recordings will be published following the meeting.
