The Draft Solid Waste and Recycling Master Plan is ready and we can’t wait to share it with you! The Master Plan will guide how we process, recycle, and dispose of waste across Broward County. It looks at population growth, environmental goals, new technologies, facility needs, and financial sustainability. In short, it’s a long-term roadmap for services like curbside recycling, landfill capacity, and composting. Attend this informational interactive meeting to learn about the Master Plan, ask questions, and share your feedback. The meeting will take place on June 10, 2025, from 9 a.m. to noon at Tree Tops Park (3900 SW 100th Avenue, Davie, FL 33328). Please RSVP by June 3, 2025.
